Passenger Plus offers flight crews a streamlined solution for managing in-flight services. With the app, flight attendants can efficiently track flight delays, handle missed connections, rebook flights while en route, view seat maps, manage special meal requests, and access passenger connection and baggage details—all within a single, intuitive dashboard. Developed by Apple and IBM for Air Canada, Passenger+ was designed based on extensive user research and usability testing with flight attendants at Toronto Pearson International Airport. This careful process ensured a smooth and user- friendly experience, resulting in a refined, cross-platform solution that flight crews quickly embraced. As the lead UI designer, I guided the entire design process from concept to implementation, ensuring the app met the airline’s operational requirements while maintaining high standards of usability and design excellence.
